If you were given 14 days to complete a challenge, what will you do?
For me, if I'm not given a challenge, 14 days will pass in a blink of an eye I think.
Too occupied by work that I don't even have extra time to think about myself.
Well, an email from Eucerin changed me.
At the end of February, I was invited to take a challenge

At first, I thought I didn't have so many pimples on my face...
until the next photo proved me wrong, haha
After taking the close up shot of my face, only I realised my face condition is not as good as I think.
I got a lot of pimples on my face
and also blackheads on my nose..hmm , not a good thing

In these 14 days I applied this 14 days happiness challenge together with the acne clear challenge so it would make my 14 days more interesting..
and also reminded me to apply the A.I clearing treatment every day before bed.
Day 1 Drink more water
Ideally, 8 glasses of water are the best for us. But then due to too busy at work, most of the time I always in the 'puasa' state..imagine I start working at 6am and only have time to grab my drink after I back from work which is always later than 7pm..that's why drink more water is my priority in order to achieve a good body state

Day 2 Read a magazine
Day 3 Listening to peaceful music
Music increases happiness. If you are ever in need of an emotional boost, let it be known that it only takes 15 mins of listening to your favourite tunes to get a natural high.
DAY 4 -GO TO BED EARLIER
*Too little sleep can make people feeling short-tempered, easily irritable, and stressed!
You'll naturally feel more optimistic, patient, and relaxed when being well-rested*
Then enough sleep can also make u look better. Lack of sleep can contribute to puffy, dark eyelids, paler complexions and hmm even acne!
DAY 5 -ENJOY LITTLE THINGS ABOUT YOURSELF
We need to take our head out of our agendas, our phones and look around at the gifts life is granting us every single day. When you decide to find happiness in the little things, you will experience the change in yourself, the way you feel, the way you look at your entire life. You'll be able to find more joy and peace when you allow yourself to enjoy the little things.
DAY 6 - READ A BOOK
No matter how much stress you are going through your work or in your personal life. Reading a good story can help you take your mind off these difficult situations
Not all the benefits of running are physical. Running can provide a noticeable boost to our confidence and self-esteem. By setting and achieving goals, you can give yourself a greater sense of empowerment that will leave you much happier.
DAY 8- THROW AWAY THINGS THAT YOU DON'T NEED
Decluttering or removing unneeded things from your home is not a new concept, but its health benefits have become increasingly recognised. A clutter-free environment allows you to perform tasks of daily living more efficiently because everything you need is readily available and within reach. A clutter-free space also contributes to your well-being because you will subconsciously feel like you are providing yourself with a higher level of self-care.
DAY 9-LIVE IN A TIDY SPACE
A clean living space not only improves your mental and physical wellbeing, it also has the following advantages. Regular dusting your home furniture, and sweeping room can help in getting rid of dust mites, pet dander that might cause symptoms related to cold and flu.
Day 10 Eat Vegetables
Want younger-looking skin? Vegetables prevent unwanted signs of aging and keep skin young and supple
DAY 11
-PLAY WITH PETS
Like any enjoyable activity,playing eith a pet can elevate mood-boosting levels of serotonin and dopamine. Contact with animals and also release oxytocin, the feel good hormone that lights up the brain's pleasure center.
Day 12 Enjoy Sunset
Pick a day, just enjoy sunset with your love one. Seriously. By witnessing the beauty and awe of sunset, you can slow down the perception of time. Feel like there aren't enough hours in the day? Amazingly, by taking time to gaze out into the colour-soaked sky, we're actually empowering ourselves to regain control of clock.
DAY 13- LIGHT CANDLES AND WRITE A LIST OF THING THAT YOU'RE THANKFUL OF
DAY 14- JUST DO ANYTHING YOU WANT
So, now we come to the end of the challenge.
Now, I felt more confident and happier.
I want to share my feelings about this 14 days Acne challenge for everyone here.
For me, these 14 days are not as simple as imagined.
Sometimes when I'm working overtime and returning home with tired body and mind, I don’t felt like to touch any skin care products, just want to fall asleep.
However, this 14-day challenge taught me how to persist, not giving up, in order to prove to everyone the results.
It really changed me in these 14 days. Whether it was external or internal, I was more confident than before.
