Almond milk.Simple and easy to make!♥


Tired of cow milk or soya milk??? I did!
So why not give yourself another different taste---almond milk><

Almond milk is a great alternative to ordinary milk.
Now I'll tell you the reason.
  • Almond milk does not contain any CHOLESTEROL/LACTOSE! (cow milk does!)
  • Absolutely suitable for vegetarians as does not contain any animal products^^
  • Gluten free and low in carbs ♥
  • Good for brain,heart,skin,eyes
  • Prevention for cancer,diabetes and constipation!
  • It is easy to make!!!!!

Yeah,Just 4 steps!!!
  1. Boil water
  2. Add in almond and leave overnight
  3. Blend
  4. Filter

and this is the guide of making almond milk:

I bought this from hypermarket nearby as it is hard to search for almond.U can find it from  area of selling cake ingredients.

Step 1: Boil the water, add in almond,leave them overnight! (at least 8 hrs ya)

 The soaking softens them well for use, but is optional.

Oh ya, forget to tell that how much water needed.It depends on the quantity of almonds you're using.Like the one I bought is just 40gm,so less than 500ml of water I use. But if you want a more richer taste then buy more Almonds and put less water.Definitely you will get a great taste!

Step 2: Pour all the almonds and water into blender.Just blend ^^

Okay,now the final step.Filter them with a sieve or strainer to get a smooth  almond  milk.
overall cost-not more than RM6.(2 servings)
(Taste more yummy if u add in honey or vanilla essence.)

Down here is my breakfast recipe with almond milk.
Almond milk + banana
1. Cut the banana into pieces.
2. Cook with honey.
3. Add in almond milk .
4. Yummy ^^ Yummy^^
